AeroNation LLC – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AeroNation LLC! We’re here to help you stand out with stunning real estate media. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms so we can deliver the best possible service to every client.

1. Booking & Payment

Bookings are only confirmed once they appear on our official schedule.

We accept payment by credit or debit card through our secure online checkout (powered by Stripe and Square when available).

Full payment is required before any media is delivered.

Pricing is as listed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand things come up and are happy to reschedule at no extra cost.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when making changes so we can serve all clients efficiently.

Frequent or last-minute rescheduling may limit access to priority booking times.

Weather delays will be accommodated whenever possible.

3. Property Preparation

The property should be ready for shooting at the scheduled time.

We do not provide cleaning, decluttering, or staging unless booked as an add-on.

If additional on-site time is required due to property readiness, extra charges may apply.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery for photos is 24–48 business hours.

Videos, 3D tours, and larger projects may require additional time. Delivery estimates will be provided at booking.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

AeroNation LLC business days are Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

Media captured on Saturday will begin processing on the next business day (Monday). In these cases:

• Photo delivery will typically occur Monday

• Video delivery may occur Monday or Tuesday, depending on editing requirements

Turnaround times begin once the shoot has been completed and the property is ready for editing.

AeroNation LLC is not responsible for listing timelines, contract dates, or marketing deadlines outside of the agreed delivery timeframe.

5. Usage Rights

AeroNation LLC retains full copyright to all media.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing and selling the property for the duration of the listing.

Media may not be given or sold to third parties (including future listing agents, contractors, stagers, or builders) without our written permission.

Any commercial use outside of property marketing requires a separate licensing agreement.

6. Editing & Modifications

Basic edits (exposure, color correction, minor object removal) are included within 7 days of delivery.

Advanced edits (large object removal, heavy retouching) are available for an additional fee.

Video Revisions

We allow unlimited revisions within one consolidated revision request submitted within 7 days of delivery.

This ensures we can make all requested changes efficiently while maintaining fast turnaround times and high quality for all clients.

Additional revision rounds beyond the initial request may be subject to additional fees.

Virtual staging by third parties requires an upgraded usage license or written approval.

7. Delivery & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of real estate media production, all sales are final once media has been delivered.

Delivery of media confirms completion of the service. Refunds are not provided after media has been delivered, downloaded, or used for marketing purposes.

If a client experiences technical issues accessing delivered media, AeroNation LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist, including providing alternative download methods or direct file delivery.

If a technical issue is confirmed to be caused by AeroNation LLC and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a partial refund or account credit may be issued at our discretion.

8. Drone & Aerial Photography

Drone work is subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, and local restrictions.

If conditions are unsafe or restricted for flight, we will reschedule or substitute with alternative media whenever possible.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage during a shoot unless caused by our direct negligence.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

10. Agreement

By booking with AeroNation LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
